These terms cover your use of SYSXPLORE at sysxplore.com. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.
You need an account to access course content. Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
Accounts are for one person. Please do not share your login or your subscription with others.
Some content is free once you have an account. The rest requires a paid subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are charged in advance, monthly or annually, through Polar as merchant of record. The price, billing interval and any offer conditions are shown before you pay. Polar's checkout buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled. Use the billing portal to manage your subscription or contact [email protected] for help. Cancellation normally ends access at the end of the paid period; refunds, payment failures or other changes may affect that date.
Our Refund Policy offers a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of a subscription charge, including renewals. It explains how to request a refund and what happens to access. Statutory rights to cancel or obtain a refund, where they apply to you, are unaffected by anything in these terms.
Course material is for your own learning. You may not republish it, resell it, or distribute it — including feeding it wholesale into another product or service.
Anything you write yourself, such as private notes, remains yours.
We aim to keep Sysxplore available and correct, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Courses may be updated, restructured or retired as the material ages.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — for example by sharing access or redistributing course content.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will let you know before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
